In addition to providing insight and advice on getting the house ready for sale, pricing and marketing, she had great recommendations for all the services I needed - contractor, auction houses, contents removal, shredding, cleaning, etc. I'm not local and had to do manage much of the process remotely, and honestly, I don't know how I would have done it without her. She constantly went the extra mile - arranging things for me, taking care of something at the house, etc. While the plan was perfect, unfortunately we ran into a huge change in the real estate market just as the listing went live.
