FREE Downsizing 101 Class and Evaluating Items of Value

Are you thinking about Downsizing and have more questions than answers? If so, then this FREE class is for you. We will discuss many of the common questions people have when they are considering downsizing. Also, we will tailor the class to the needs of the audience.

Wonder about:

Do I have items of value?
How do I sort through all my things?
This is too overwhelming, what help exists?
What is my home worth?
Can I move and then sell my home?
How can I fund my move?

We will discuss all of these things AND if you have an item that you are curious about its value, snap a picture and bring it along. Light dinner will be provided.
